  • Data corrections must be made through the official Oregon CCB. We republish their data — we cannot edit it.
  • License complaints must be filed directly at search.ccb.oregon.gov. We do not handle complaints.
  • Data lag: Our database syncs daily. Recent changes may take 24–48 hours to appear.

No. CCB Lookup is an independent website. We republish publicly available data from the Oregon Open Data Portal to make it easier to search and verify contractor licenses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board.

Our database syncs daily from the Oregon CCB Open Data Portal. There may be a 24–48 hour lag between a change at the official CCB and what appears on CCB Lookup. Each contractor page shows the date the data was last synced. For real-time information, verify at search.ccb.oregon.gov.

CCB Lookup displays data exactly as published by the Oregon CCB. We cannot edit license records. To correct your information, contact the Oregon Construction Contractors Board directly at oregon.gov/ccb. Once the official record is updated, the change will appear on CCB Lookup within 24–48 hours.

A few possible reasons: the license may be expired or inactive and not included in the active licenses dataset; the search term may not match exactly (try the CCB number instead of the name); or the record may not have synced yet. Try searching directly on search.ccb.oregon.gov for the most complete results.

We don't currently offer a public API. The underlying data is available directly from the Oregon Open Data Portal under an open data license. For specific data needs, use the contact form above and describe your use case.
