Two years ago my A/C went out on my old heat pump. Mark put in a used controller card (no charge for the card). It worked for 2 more years. Might still be working but decided to put in a mini split heat pump unit with A/C. Mark came out quickly, squeezed it into the schedule for 2025 as there was…
Unit went out right before Christmas. Immediately got a temporary fix and a new was unit installed within a couple days. Also resolved a warranty registration issue extremely promptly. Rare to see such great customer service!
AirTec deliveries on their promises. Mark and his crew are knowledgeable, efficient and use quality products while providing good customer service. I recommend AirTec of Grants Pass!
