Oregon contractor bond and liability insurance requirements vary by license type, project scope, and risk exposure. Homeowners comparing contractors often review bond coverage limits, insurer reputation, and active policy status before signing a construction contract.

Before hiring Alarmco Inc: Request a Certificate of Insurance (COI) confirming the general liability insurance is active, lists Alarmco Inc as the named insured, and that coverage dates extend through your planned project dates. This review is long overdue but we wanted to take the time to say thank you for the camera installation in Homedale.4 years later, the cameras are still working great.

Big thank you to Dustin for installing my security system very thorough, making sure I understood how everything works

As a pastor on the Boise bench, we have an older system that is difficult to get parts for or repair. Brian with Alarmco came out and took good care of us, getting the system back online in less than a day. Highly recommend..
