Sam was excellent--very thorough, and knew his stuff, and was clearly explained what he was doing that day and an additional part that needed to be replaced. On the second visit for that part, he saw that the washer could benefit from a height adjustment to level it out and did so. My interactions…
Sam was a super individual to work with. Spent enough time to diagnose the problem and very dedicated to resolve the issue. His effort allowed solution of the problem without having to order a new control board. Very personable and included me as necessary, which was very much appreciated.
Sam was great. He was on time professional and I really enjoyed talking with him. The ordered parts he ordered for the repairs came quickly and my appliances are working well. I would definitely call if I need repairs in the future.
