I call Auburn Mechanical any time we have plumbing issues at our office building. Their staff answers immediately, they're always super friendly, and almost always can get someone out same day or next day to fix our problems. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Technician spent 1 hour to pick up 2 new filters and I have to pay $189 for that hour. I was surprised that HVAC techs didn’t carry standard filters in their trucks. What if my shop was 2 hours away from the filter store? So I’d have to pay $400 for them to pick up filters? Ridiculous!
Over-priced, dishonest and rude. The tech came in to check my broken HVAC and confirmed a leak within 5 mins of arriving. Leaves stating it is an easy standard fix, not replacement needed. Charges me for 2 hours (they said its minimum), additional parking charges (although the technician stated…
