They have a dud of a superintendent named Matt. He's on a power trip. Expects you to do as he says. Don't ask for clarification, that's grounds for mutiny.
No one answers their phone. I have calling for 2 days to verify employment for a customer that is purchasing a home. Since we cant verify employment, and no answer from the employer customer will not be able to close on their home. Beware if you need anything HR, they don't answer.
The culture here is amazing! That say's a lot about a construction company.
