Jaime was terrific. He fixed three problems in the kitchen and bath amazingly quickly; he explained what he was doing (and, in one case, how long an old faucet might, even though now fixed, last). He was also interesting, friendly . . . and clearly knew what he was doing. If we have plumbing issues…

I had both a kitchen and bathroom faucet and drain replaced. I provided the faucets, but Black Cat needed to provide the drains and other plumbing. They were able to get the parts needed the same day. Work was done efficiently.
