Blackburn Construction Inc Reviews
Based on 10 Google reviews, this contractor has an average rating of 3.8 out of 5 stars.
may be a great company, but I am on day 4 of trying to get a person on the phone for a client. Customer Service is not their strong suit....good luck if you actually want to speak to them.
I purchase all my propane from Blackburn. They fill the whole bottle not just 16 or 18 pounds like exchange bottle places.
The office ladies were very nice and professional!
