Last season, my heater was giving me intermittent problems. As we begin winter, I wanted to make sure that it was good to go. I contacted Bruce heating and air and they got me on the books really quick. I like that the service window (time I have be home) is only two hours, versus the four hours…
Our service tech showed up on time, was very courteous, explained what he was performing this fall service, and touched on what will be done at the spring service. He reported on how our stem was performing and reassured me it was in good working order. We are very satisfied with the experience.
