Cascade Pump was incredibly supportive and helpful when our well froze in cold weather. While we didn't have to have them come out, we are so thankful for their assistance over the phone. We will always call them for any service / support or equipment needed.
I called Cascade Pump to come over to do a repair. They sent 2 people over, and they gave me a rough estimate of what the work would cost ($700) and I agreed. They said they had to go grab some parts, but didn't say when they'd be back. 1 whole week later I called and asked what was going…
