If a company won't do the right thing on a small issue, I doubt their integrity on larger issues. I was driving on I-5 near Woodburn behind a Delta Fire, Inc pickup with a ladder on the roof. A rock fell off the roof and cracked the windshield of my car at eye level. I took down the license…
