I called them for help with my car and the initial lady hung up on me and Every time I tried calling back I got sent to voicemail. When a guy finally answered he had nothing but attitude and told me if I was gonna be upset (about getting hung up on and ignored) that I should call someone else, and…
Locked keys in car with it running. Called AAA. They sent Fox out to help. Technician they sent (Brady, i believe) was very professional, nice and super fast. Unlocked my car in less than 30 seconds.
Ive been helped by this company many times to get our work vans new keys or just lock outs, super nice, fair pricing.
