2 Different Techs showed up a total of 5 times to fix one machine; charged me 3 times for 1 repair, and did not even fix the equipment. Customer service was completely unapologetic about the situation. Had to call several times to dispute the charges, and was only refunded the cost of the parts…
Able to come quickly and looked at a fryer we had. It was a lost cause, but the tech was super nice and saved some parts off of it for us! Would call again if needed!
