Unreliable, poor quality installation and a total lack of responsibility. Many seals on windows have failed. There should be a warranty replacement, but they never return phone calls to set this up. I've been trying for several years, so no excuse!
If there was the way to make it 10 starts, I would. Amazing business that ran by wonderful, hard working and honest woman. I would recommend Goose Hollow Windows to anyone and everyone.
