Larry was amazing. Took A LOT of extra time with me explaining my thermostat and helping me set up the WiFi. He was unbelievably patient, kind and was extremely knowledgeable. You are fortunate to have him on your staff. I will make sure Larry is the one that comes out again next maintenance time
