We had ordered some extrusion from PIH to be installed on a waterjet. I arrived on the customer site in Chicago and during disassembly all of the t-nuts seized and broke off (which were intended to be reused). I called in a panic and Marianne was very helpful in identifying the proper replacement…
Very professional people. Always willing to do what it takes to get the job done quick and at a reasonable cost. Their machine shop turns out impressive work very quickly.
