Customer Reviews
Fantastic pool company! They have helped me get an older pool into shape, and the service is fantastic. When one component had a defective part from the manufacturer, they took matters into their own hands and Brian had parts overnighted and then arranged an excellent HVAC technician to remedy it…
They know what they're doing and even give me advice over the phone on pool/spa repairs. I would recommend them. They do seem to always be understaffed during the busy season though. It's hard to get someone out the same day for a supply delivery or repair. I feel like that's because…
I had a spa pump motor that started to go bad. I called Pool Time and they said they could help me out that afternoon. The bearings were replaced on site and I was able to get the spa running that day. They are awesome!
