POOR ETHICS COMPANY. THEY WORKED ON HWY 3 LAST YEAR, AND TWICE WE WITNESSED ONE OF THE CREW LITTERING, AND IT ROLLED ONTO OUR PROPERTY. WE ADDRESSED IT BECAUSE, "THE MINUTE YOU LITTER, YOU BECOME THE PIECE OF GARBAGE". CALLED THE COMPANY, NOT EVEN A "WELL TALK TO THE CREWS"…
