We have used Russell Crane many times over the years and I have never been disappointed! I called Christmas Eve to inquire about having two large material tanks set up. Russell showed up to look the situation 1 hour after I called and the Day after Christmas they were here on time and had our job…
Excellent customer service, excellent performance, excellent value. We've hired crane companies all over the country, and Russell Crane met and exceeded our expectations of a vendor. I would highly recommend using them.
Drives around with their hook and ball swinging around and not attached to the cable. This is unsafe and can hit someone in front or to the side of him. Next time I’ll take a picture and send it to the police station.
