I've had service for 4 years now in two locations with Salem Electric and I notice during winter storms, my power has never gone out, or if it did, it was restored immediately. I appreciate whatever magic their technicians do.

I LOVE Salem Electric. I used to be with PGE and the bills were always stressful and felt devisive but my Salem Electric bills are always amazing and I'm really happy. We only have had one power outage in 6 months and it happened around 9 pm (?) and it came back on within 40 minutes. Not bad…

Construction company took out a pole and left us with no power. It looked like a mess and a long repair. I am so impressed that they have restored power in about an hour. Good work. The best perk of living in West Salem.
