Called Jay Monday at 8:00 , had Brett over by 9:00, job done by 11:00. Doesn't get any better than that. I have worked with Water Guy for 12 years and have always been happy with their work.
Jay came out for an assessment very soon after we contacted him. He came up with an efficient and cost effective way to replace our well pump. He and his crew showed up exactly as promised and got the work done and cleaned up in a timely fashion.
What a poor experience had with Jay today. I called to have a aerator installed in my well two weeks ago. He came out, said it was my water heater and didn't do the job I asked for (mind you I paid for his time because he also worked on my soft water system, that still isn't working…
