Customer Reviews
Colby is awesome! Our hut tub failed and he came over, diagnosed a problem with the heating unit, and replaced it - all very quickly and reasonably priced.
Great service! Cody came out to assess a heater problem on an older tub. He found the issue quickly, fixed it, and came back to ensure it was good to go. He was very thorough in his assessment and sharing the details. A wintertime heater loss is a BIG concern and Tubs Alive saved the day... and tub!
They maintained the tub in our vacation rental so well that we had them install a tub and deck at our new home. We were living on the East Coast while the work was done, and I was super happy that it looked exactly as I had hoped when we finally moved in!
