Surety bond amount or company

Contact your surety bond company - they file the updated bond certificate directly with the CCB. You cannot update bond information yourself through the CCB portal. Once your bond company files the update, CCB Lookup will reflect the change within 24 hours.

Liability insurance amount or expiration

Contact your insurance provider - they file the certificate of insurance (COI) directly with the CCB when you renew or change your policy. If your insurance has lapsed, renewing it with your provider is the only way to update this data. CCB Lookup syncs automatically once the CCB record is updated.

License renewal (Expired status)

If your license shows as Expired on CCB Lookup, renew it through CCB Online Services. CCB licenses expire every 2 years. Once renewed, your status will update to Active on CCB Lookup within 24 hours.
